Request deletion in Yooty
- Sign in to your Yooty account.
- Open the account or privacy settings available in the app.
- Select the data-deletion request control and submit your request.
Need help accessing your account?
Email [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Please include the email address or phone number associated with your account and enough information for us to identify the request. We may ask for identity verification before acting on it.
What happens next
Yooty will confirm receipt, review the request, and delete or anonymize personal data as appropriate. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate recordkeeping. Connected third-party services, including Meta services, may have their own deletion processes and retention rules.
